Summer vacation rental by the week. Come taste the lobsters and to escape, rejuvenate, paint, read, discover, hike, swim, kayak, picnic on the shore, pick berries, watch the ocean from a large granite rock, or just to marvel at the weather and the beauty.
Sleeps 6. Separate studio for work, privacy and/or additional sleeping. 1-1/2 baths, phones, woodstove, bicycles, canoe, TV, VCR. Private and serene, situated in the pines at the water’s edge. Large screened-in porch with sunset views overlooking the shoreline. Fully equipped with new gas range, Monitor heater, washer/dryer. Summer prices are from $900 to $1,150/wk - Off season rates are $550/wk.

Mill Pond Cabin is on Vinalhaven Island - 12 miles out of Rockland, ME by Maine State Ferry. (207-596-2202)
Once on the island, Mill Pond Cabin is on Calderwood Neck, about five miles out of town, and is accessible by water from Mill River (see map). To locate the cabin on the map, look along the upper fold for Mill River - the little black dot just NE of the word "River" is the cabin.
